2022 has entered its second month. Still busy with the noise of the past work, the signs of a lot of work in the future are starting to appear. This routine is like a never ending circle. But a friend once said to me: "if you don't work, then you have nothing to complain about. It's better to work and complain about it than to be idle doing nothing". This sentence is still my motivation when the thought of resigning comes to me. We all must have been at a lowest point and feel fed up with our work. Feeling tired and wanting to quit because you can't handle the pressure. But not all problems can be solved in such a reckless manner. We need a diversion so that we can dispel negative thoughts that come when we are tired of dealing with the pressures of work. So how can we deal with stress without acting recklessly?
